Welcome to Riverpath Counselling. My name is Emma. I offer in-person and online counselling services for adults and teens, ages 15 plus, in the Comox Valley and throughout BC.

I can support you to:

-foster your strengths and resources

-gain clarity about yourself and your journey

-process difficult life experiences such as trauma and loss

-learn tools to support healthy relationships and mental well-being.

 

I provide:

-talk-based therapy

-EMDR (an effective trauma and reprocessing therapy)

-Mindfulness-based tools

-Internal Family Systems-informed counselling (parts work)

I am a Registered Social Worker as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
