Welcome to Riverpath Counselling. My name is Emma. I commonly work with clients to:

-process traumatic events or difficult life experiences

-find direction around workplace challenges and close relationships

-process the loss of a beloved pet

-address shame and anxiety

-regulate the nervous system after a difficult series of events

-navigate feelings around parenthood

 

I provide:

-talk-based therapy

-EMDR (an effective trauma and reprocessing therapy)

-Mindfulness-based tools

-Internal Family Systems-informed counselling (parts work)

I am a Registered Social Worker as well as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
